What the finder looks at
Your level decides how much forgiveness you need. Your style decides whether power or control gets more weight. An arm problem pushes the results towards soft cores, lower balance and lighter rackets, and away from hard cores. The budget removes rackets well above your limit.
Not sure about the terms? The buying guide explains shape, balance and core hardness in a few minutes.
Questions
How does the racket finder work?
It scores every racket in our database against your answers using the maker's recommended level, the shape, balance and core hardness, and the list price. The full rating formula is on the How we rate page.
Why is a racket I like not in the results?
The finder only shows rackets whose shape, balance and core feel are all published. If a brand does not publish one of those, we leave the racket out rather than guess.
Are the prices current?
We show the manufacturer's list price. Shops often sell below it, especially for last year's models.
